Our Fee structure:
For Outright Purchase– 1 % + 18% GST (goods & services tax) of the transaction value.
2% + 18% GST in certain scenarios (based on the ticket size)
For Lease Transactions – 1 Month’s Rent + 18% GST same payable on each renewal.
For long leases (2 years & above) we charge 2 months rent + 18% GST as our commission. Stamp Duty and Registration charges would be extra as per actuals payable by you.
Mode of Payment: Via Cheque or Bank Wire in favor of ” Expat Properties Mumbai”
Note: Fees are fixed as per Indian market norms & are non-negotiable (Bargain hunters can excuse us)
